Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Ball

Jalapeno Bacon Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup New Mexico pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together cream cheese, jalapenos, green onions, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ground cumin, and salt until fully incorporated.
  2. On a large plate place the coarsely chopped New Mexico pecans.
  3. Shape the cream cheese mixture into individual balls and roll around in the chopped pecans until coated well.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour before serving.
